1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 533win ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the website accessible at https://533win.cam and all associated sub-domains and mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

By accessing, registering on, depositing funds into, or otherwise using any feature of 533win, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms, that you meet all eligibility requirements set out herein, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform. Continued use after any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are published in English. Where any translation is provided for convenience, the English version shall be the authoritative version in the event of any inconsistency or dispute.

2 Definitions

The following terms carry the meanings set out below throughout this Agreement:

• "Account" means the individual registered user profile created by a Player on the Platform, associated with a unique username, password and verified identity.
• "Balance" means the total amount of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-spin credits or non-cash incentives credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and specific promotional terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by the Platform before processing withdrawals and at other regulatory checkpoints.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the multiplier applied to a bonus amount specifying the total bet value a Player must achieve before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country, territory or province where online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable law, as updated by the Platform from time to time.

• "Effective Date" means 1 January 2026, the date from which this version of the Terms enters force.

3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on 533win, you must satisfy all of the following conditions:

1. You are at least 18 years of age or the higher minimum age required by the applicable license jurisdiction;
2. You are not a resident of a Restricted Jurisdiction, as defined in these Terms, and accessing or using the Platform is not prohibited by any law applicable to you;
3. You are registering and playing in your own personal capacity and not on behalf of any third party;
4. You do not already hold an Account on the Platform under any name or identity;
5. You have not previously been excluded or banned from the Platform;
6. You are not a current employee, director, officer, or immediate family member of an employee of 533win or any affiliated or related entity;
7. You acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted or prohibited under the laws applicable to you, including but not limited to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 (Pakistan), and you accept full personal responsibility for verifying your legal position before participating.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all of the above conditions are satisfied. The Platform may suspend or permanently close any Account that fails to meet eligibility requirements at any point, with or without prior notice.

4 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on the Platform. Opening or operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity, different identities, shared devices, shared IP addresses or any other means — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any associated balances.

When registering, you must provide accurate, current and complete information. You undertake to keep your registered information up to date at all times. The provision of false, misleading or incomplete registration information, including but not limited to a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your password or allow any other person to access your Account. Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact the Platform's support team immediately.

5 KYC & Identity Verification

The Platform reserves the right to request identity verification from any Account holder at any time. Verification is mandatory before the processing of any withdrawal request and may be triggered at lower thresholds at the Platform's discretion for anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering purposes.

Acceptable forms of identity documentation for Pakistani users typically include:

• A valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) — must be within validity period and clearly show full name, date of birth and photograph;
• A valid Pakistani Passport — biographical data page clearly legible;
• Proof of address (where requested) — a recent utility bill, bank statement or government-issued document dated within the last three (3) months showing your name and residential address;
• A selfie or liveness verification image (where requested) — taken at the time of submission, holding the identity document.

The Platform may withhold withdrawal processing during any pending KYC review. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in Account suspension.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

All real-money transactions on 533win are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise specified in the cashier. The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for educational context. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change and must be verified in the cashier at the time of transaction. 533win does not claim that any of these providers endorse or support gambling transactions.

6.1 Deposits

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier and may vary by payment method;
• Deposited funds will be credited to your Balance subject to successful payment confirmation;
• The Platform does not accept deposits from third parties. Funds must originate from a payment account registered in your own name;
• The Platform reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit that cannot be verified or that raises anti-fraud concerns.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are available only to fully KYC-verified Account holders;
• Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of all applicable wagering requirements on any active bonus;

• Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the originating deposit ("same-source rule") where that method permits withdrawals.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins and any other incentive ("Promotion") offered by 533win are subject to the specific terms published in the promotions section at the time the offer is made. Those specific promotional terms form part of this Agreement and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

The following general principles apply to all Promotions:

• Bonus funds are credited separately to real-money funds and are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds conditions, game contribution rates, maximum bet restrictions during bonus play, and expiry periods are specified in each individual Promotion's terms;
• Promotions are intended for personal recreational use only. Systematic exploitation of promotions through low-risk or arbitrage wagering strategies may constitute bonus abuse;
• The Platform reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where bonus abuse is identified;

• The Platform reserves the right to withdraw, modify or replace any Promotion at any time without prior notice.

8 Gameplay & Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on 533win are governed by individual game rules and sports-betting rules, which are accessible within each game or market and form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

Key principles applicable across all gameplay and sports betting:

• Bets are final and cannot be cancelled once accepted by the Platform, except where the Platform expressly provides a cash-out or edit option;
• The Platform reserves the right to void any bet where a technical error, system malfunction, manifest pricing error or data feed failure has materially affected the availability or odds of a market;
• Sports betting markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC T20 tournaments, bilateral series, football, UFC and esports — are settled in accordance with the rules published for each market;
• The Platform does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game, market, live-dealer table or betting event. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may temporarily suspend access;
• Any winnings arising from games or bets that were available due to a technical error, system fault or pricing error will be considered void and will not be credited or paid out.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform under any name, identity or device;
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity, age or contact information;
• Using the Platform while located in a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, scrapers or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technical means to circumvent geographical restrictions or misrepresent your location;
• Engaging in collusion, chip-dumping or any form of coordinated cheating in poker or table games;
• Placing bets in connection with any match-fixing, spot-fixing or other integrity-compromising activity in any sport including cricket, PSL or ICC events;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering or any other unlawful source;
• Exploiting bonuses through multi-accounting, arbitrage staking or any strategy that circumvents the intent of the Promotion;
• Harassing, threatening or engaging in abusive communication with Platform staff or other users;
• Any other conduct that the Platform reasonably determines to be fraudulent, abusive or contrary to the integrity of the Platform.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 533win Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface elements, game assets, logos, trademarks, software code and audiovisual content — is the property of 533win or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, transmit or distribute any Platform content without prior written permission;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code from any Platform software;
• Use any Platform trade mark, brand name or logo without prior written authorisation.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 533win shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data or financial loss, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, even if the Platform has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

The Platform provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 533win does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from technical defects. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.

You acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves financial risk and you may lose the entirety of any funds deposited;
• 533win is an entertainment platform and does not guarantee any return on funds wagered;
• The Platform is not responsible for any financial decisions you make based on content, odds or information displayed on the Platform;
• The Platform's total liability to you in any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of real-money funds held in your Account at the time the liability arises.

12 Responsible Gambling

533win is committed to providing a responsible gaming environment. The Platform recognises that a minority of users may develop problematic gambling behaviour and has implemented a range of tools to help manage or restrict play:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits via Account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.

14 Amendments to Terms

The most current version of these Terms is always published on this page with the effective date noted at the top. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 533win holds its operating licence, as specified in the operator's official licensing documentation. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own country.

For Pakistani users: Pakistan has gambling restrictions including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. Accessing or using 533win may carry legal implications under applicable Pakistani law. These Terms do not purport to override, waive or supersede any applicable Pakistani legal obligation. You access and use the Platform at your own risk and under your own legal responsibility.
